APPROVED DIGITAL WORKS
Branded Preview Request Privacy Notice
Effective date: October 1, 2026
This notice explains how Approved Digital Works handles information submitted through the “See Your Brand on the Platform” request form.
Information collected
We collect the name, organization, role, work email, telephone number, industry, approximate number of users, intended audience, stated business problem, platform interests, preferred contact method, timeframe, website, optional notes, referral address, and campaign-source information supplied with the request. Do not submit employee, patient, student, financial, authentication, or other sensitive personal records.
Purpose
We use this information to review the request, respond to the submitter, assess whether the platform may be suitable, prepare an authorized preview, schedule a demonstration, and maintain a record of the business inquiry. Submission authorizes contact about this request; it does not automatically enroll the submitter in continuing promotional email.
Storage and processors
Request information is stored in an access-controlled Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare processes site, security, database, and transactional-email information on behalf of Approved Digital Works. Authorized Approved personnel may access the request for response and business administration.
Retention
Approved Digital Works reviews new and inactive inquiries for deletion after 180 days unless the person becomes a customer, requests continued contact, or a documented business or legal need requires a different retention period.
Access, correction, and deletion
To request access, correction, or deletion, email approveddigitalworks@gmail.com or call (706) 538-7086. Identity verification may be required before fulfilling a request.
Security and limitations
The platform uses encrypted transport, server-validated bot protection, restricted access, request validation, and prepared database statements. No internet service can promise absolute security.
